The color is amazing!

Did you ever want to hold onto one moment forever?
Impossible, right? Wrong!
Each of Beth’s paintings tells a story. Our collection includes work ranging from landscapes to fruits and vegetables to farm animals and pets. Her style varies depending upon how she ‘sees’ her subject.
Landscapes and still life lean toward Monet in style, while most of her pet portraits are incredibly realistic. Each of her works captures her subject in a way that brings them to life. Beth’s palette pleases the eye and her choice of frame, with mat if needed, make each piece pop and stand out.
Our guests frequently comment on her work, which brings back fond memories of long lost pets, places we’ve traveled, and of food we enjoy. Telling the stories behind the paintings makes our memories even sweeter.

Single moments are the pearls which strung together create a timeline of precious memories.
Beth’s painting of my dog Ross instantly transported me back to a special day during a magical point in time.
Memories are beautiful mental snapshots but what is in the mind’s eye is only part of the picture…
I always have such a wonderful time at Beth’s art receptions. When I sit in my dining room and look at her paintings of Pemaquid Point, both of which I scooped up at recent events, I am instantly transported to the Maine Coast. I can hear the waves, feel the mist and breathe in the scents of nature. I loved these two jewels so much I commissioned a portrait of my cats which takes pride of place front and center in our grand entryway. Doing business with Beth is always a pleasure.
Two kinds of portraits exist…One captures the moment and the other captures the subject.
Beth, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the portrait we commissioned you to do of Brinn and Briar, our friends’ minskin kittens. Those two odd-looking animals are such individuals, with so much personality, that I really didn’t think it would be possible for anyone to capture them on canvas, especially working only from a photo, but you did it with such great skill and perceptiveness that the result was amazing. Your use of color was, as it has been in every work of yours I have seen, especially striking and effective. I know it wasn’t easy getting little hairless Brinn’s strange mauve/gray skin color and texture right, but you were extremely patient and willing to discuss it with me and to experiment with different combinations of shades until it was perfect — at once both realistic and impressionistic. The portrait was the best gift we could have given our dear friends, and I know they will always treasure it. Thank you for making the whole process so easy and the result so wonderful.
Both kinds shine equally in their own right.
The painting of Lucky captured his essence in a way our photos never did. We miss him dearly and his portrait reminds us every day what a great friend he was to us all.
